Non-Slip Floor Treatment
Our Sure Step treatment creates an invisible micro tread design on hard mineral floors, increasing slip-resistance. The treatment increases the dynamic coefficient of friction when a floor or surface gets wet, making it dramatically more slip-resistant and safer. Suitable for concrete, Spanish tile, glazed brick, terrazzo, quarry tile, ceramic tile, marble or porcelain/enamel tile.
Non-Slip Bathtub Treatment
Our specialized bathtub treatment provides a safer bathing experience for you and your family. The treatment leaves no residue, film, or coating, maintaining the original appearance of your bathtub. Applied by certified installers, it dramatically increases slip-resistance when wet, providing peace of mind and a secure surface.
Slip Testing (DCOF Measurement)
Using the BOT-3000E digital floor tribometer, we measure the Dynamic Coefficient of Friction (DCOF) on your floors. Slip resistance testing can detect problems before they cause accidents and verify that treatments are effective. Monitoring tests are typically conducted quarterly, semiannually, or annually to ensure ongoing safety compliance.
Tile and Grout Deep Clean
Our comprehensive tile and grout deep cleaning service removes built-up dirt, grime, and stains while restoring your surfaces to their original beauty. This service can be combined with our slip-resistant treatments for a complete floor safety and maintenance solution. Professional caulking services are also available.

I’ve spent 6+ years remodeling homes and commercial spaces across Colorado. I started Slip Safe Colorado after seeing great floors become dangerous the moment they get wet. I use the Sure Step® non-slip system and on-site BOT-3000E DCOF testing to make surfaces safer—without changing how they look. Owner-operated, local, and focused on clear, measurable results.
